1 Atlantic
A 77 unit multifamily project in downtown Stamford, Connecticut. The project’s construction manager, Magna Construction, brought ELM Consulting in to review plans and help with securing both energy conscious blueprint (ECB) and residential new construction (RNC) incentives.
Steelpointe
Steelpointe reached out to ELM Consulting after breaking ground on their newest Dockmaster building. ELM Consulting analyzed building plans and secured utility incentives. ELM Consulting then identified a potential one-time opportunity for increasing the incentive rate and took advantage of this. The result was a more than doubling of the Energy Conscious Blueprint (ECB) incentive.
427 Howe
A 72-unit multifamily home building with common spaces and a parking garage. The building was already using several energy efficiency building practices, but ELM Consulting was able to inspect the building units and optimize the incentives that were available for the project.
